Letters to S.O.A.R

From Jeff and Penny

Well its been almost a whole year now since we adopted Shayla from S.O.A.R.

How the time flies by...

You may remember her as a big, strong, tough-willed Rotty/Lab female with high anxiety issues with respect to riding in vehicles, passing traffic and other animals, chasing tails and light reflections. Read more!

From Tara & Kyle

We have had Daphne for over a year. We are absolutely in love with her! If we had known how great Rottweilers are, we may have gotten a different dog at first!! (Sorry Hugo :) ) She has settled into our home with no issues. We were so lucky to have fostered her for so many months so we could really see what a sweetheart she is. There was no way we could have given her up! Read more!

From Heather

I have been meaning to drop you a line about Georgia's transition to our home and family.  It is absolutely AMAZING!!!  She is so wonderful and smart and loving. She has brought so much to our family, everyone is so involved with her. She has lost about 6 pounds, and has probably put on about 500 kms. Read more!

From Deanna

Thank you for the cards of Charlie. We adopted him back in October 2009. Charlie is doing great. He has come a long way from when we first picked him up. Charlie is still very much a “puppy” and loves to play. Unfortunately when he plays its very rough. We have been training Charlie to be less rough and he is improving. Read more!

From Michele

Inga is such a fantastic little monster! She is very comfy here and she is such a gorgeous dog, everyone in the area tell me every time I walk with her. Little Ms Bossy (Neptune-the cat) is still a little stand offish but I have caught them on more than 1 occasion face to face sniffing each other and sleeping on the bed together. Read more!

From Margaret and Boomer

Hi Jan remember me?

Boomer settled in really fantastic. We had to have him shaved of most of his hair, he was having problems with his chin. He is much better now and you would not believe the difference in him. A complete makeover!

You can pet him now without him jumping up and moving away and is getting to be a little love bug at times. Read more!

From Dean

Jan & SOAR,

Thank you for being so kind, so caring and so generous. You are lifesavers! I can’t thank you enough. My dog’s improvement has been nothing short of a miracle. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Read more!
